Capitera is a privacy-first product, and this website is built the same way. This policy covers capitera.ai — the marketing site and its waitlist. The Capitera macOS app will ship with its own privacy documentation.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we store:

• Your email address.
• An optional segment you choose (Personal, Team, or Healthcare/Legal/Finance).
• A coarse country code derived from your request (never your full IP address).

That's the whole list. No ad trackers, no third-party cookies, no fingerprinting.

Double opt-in

We only treat you as subscribed after you open the link we email you and press the confirm button. Unconfirmed entries are just a pending row we can purge.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites.

Who processes your data

• Cloudflare — hosts this site and stores the waitlist database.
• Resend — sends the confirmation and launch emails.

Retention & deletion

We keep waitlist entries until launch communications finish, then prune. Want out sooner? Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to hello@capitera.ai and we'll delete your entry.
