These terms cover your use of capitera.ai and its waitlist, operated by ApothecaryAI LLC. The Capitera macOS app will have its own end-user license agreement at launch.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves early access and the founding-member rate shown at signup. It does not create a purchase, a subscription, or an obligation for either of us. Launch timing and product details may change.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site or its APIs: no scraping the waitlist endpoints, submitting others' email addresses, or attempting to disrupt the service.

Content

Everything on this site — text, design, brand marks, imagery — belongs to ApothecaryAI LLC and may not be reused without permission.

No warranties

The site and waitlist are provided as-is. We may modify or discontinue them at any time. To the extent permitted by law, ApothecaryAI LLC disclaims all warranties and limits its liability arising from use of this site.
